Our role goes beyond execution. We help with positioning, revenue systems, sales process, and acquisition strategy — staying closely involved to ensure decisions are made with judgement and carried out properly over time.
Engagements are structured as a retainer with a small number of clients at any one time. Scope is defined clearly at the outset and reviewed as the work progresses.
Cafes & restaurants
We work with independent hospitality businesses that want to look their best online and bring more customers through the door.
A lot of cafes and restaurants are let down by their online presence — an outdated website, photos that don’t reflect the quality of the place, or no real presence at all. That’s what we fix.
We offer web design and photography as a combined package, delivered in 1-2 weeks. Depending on the business, we can also support with social media content and ongoing marketing.
